In order to effectively execute our mandate as a service provider, Westec has invested heavily in additional logistics to support our day-to-day operations. Westec Security has a total work force of about 4,562 personnel who are deployed nationwide. These personnel are well trained to execute their duties professionally. Since the Ministry of Interior does not license the use of fire arms by Private Security Personnel, our security officers are well equipped with the following logistics:

 Radio Handset- Westec has about One Thousand (1000) Radio Handsets for efficient communication between the guards on the field and Westec Central Communication base as well as communicate with Patrol Supervisors on board Patrol Vehicles.
Westec Security will also provide the security guards with a set of uniforms in order for them to look smart at all times.
